Hi, the "sales" team of Sisulizer made some free utility for your daily work called Sisulizer's Kaboom (tm)*.
With Kaboom you can convert text files using one code page into a text file into some UNICODE format like UTF-7/8/16LE/16BE. But you also can convert from UTF into e.g. shift-jis files and so on. Please be aware that not all conversions can make sense - so please read http://www.sisulizer.com/kaboom to get some background info. Additionally you find in Kaboom some usefull string converters for ANSI strings stored in your Windows clipboard.
