Hi! We just started using sisulizer for our translation project and we feel confused about the different versions. Our programming language is C#.NET. First we started with an eval enterprise version which allowed us to create projects for .NET assemblies. Everything worked as expected so we decided to buy the right version for our needs, to know if we could translate .NET assemblies with the standard version we tried to create a new .NET assembly project with the standard version and... the program let us do it and translate it. So we supposed it was the right version for us because lets us create the projects we needed to work with. So we bought the standard version and we discovered that it does let us create those projects but... if we load those projects again we cannot edit them !!!. Is this the right behaviour of the application?, I mean, we supposed that if the program let us create those projects it should let us open them in write mode and not just in read only mode as is happening right now. In case we are screwed and we are not going to be able to translate those projects with our current version... What kind of options do we have? -What would be the right version to choose if we have to deal with winforms .net c# assemblies? -Can we get a refund so we can buy the professional/enterprise version? -Can we upgrade our current version to a higher one so we don't waste the money we spent in the standard version? Thanks a lot for your help. Best regards, Pablo Perla.

Hi Pablo, don't panic. You did not buy from a faceless company where nobody is interested in your problems after you transfered your money. We are always here to help you. Of course you can upgrade for the difference price. Btw: Everybody can do that at any time. Just contact sales (at) sisulizer.com and we will provide you with a coupon code for the shop. No USD or EUR will be lost. While the project wizard says clearly that .NET projects can not be created by the Standard Edition (see screenshot) it nevertheless allows it :-( This problem was already forwarded to our R&D. The wizard needs to be more strict with that. We will take care of that to avoid such confusion in the future. Thank you very much for pointing that out. And thank you very much for your understanding. Markus Attachment: 0123.JPG (Downloaded 12 times)

Hi Markus, Thanks a lot for your quick answer, we will contact sales as soon as possible to deal with this issue and buy the right version we need. Btw, just to be sure: Can we do what we need with the professional version? We just need to translate winforms .net assemblies, I understand that can be done with the pro. Thanks a lot Pablo.

Hi Pablo, yes, that sounds like the right edition. To make sure you can also look here: http://www.sisulizer.com/sisulizer-features.shtml If you do not need ASP, PHP, JSP, the command line utility for automated builds, HTML Help localization and remote server access then the Professional Edition is what you are looking for. Hi Pablo, I just got the feedback that the next build (272) of Sisulizer will handle this situation a lot better. Thanks again for pointing this out. Markus
