Hello,

I'm working with a lot of forms. All these forms have a translation in six different languages.

Some translations are longer than the source, e.g. english --> italian (longer). So all the fields that are longer are marked with a color.

Is it possible to filter on this "Marked long translations", so I only see those fields where I've to change the layout on a form. It would save me a lot of time.

Thnx!

Hello,

Sisulizer has already implemented this filter. Go to "View" menu > "Sheet Filters" > "Edit", or click on "Filter" icon in "Filter" panel toolbar. Next go to "Text" tab. Here, you can set your text length threshold in "Long threshold" field. You can see it on attached screenshot.

Best regards,
Janusz

You may also use the Validate Translation tool and select the option to check clipped text. This will generate a report of all the controls that have text that is too long to fit. You can then select the items in the report and it takes you to the form editor with the control highlighted.
