Hi,

We currently use Sisulizer to handle translation of .NET projects, however marketing have queried whether Sisulizer would be a suitable candidate for translating a whole website.

Can you give some advice on Sisulizer's suitablilty or if you would recommend an alternative approach?

Many thanks,

Ian

Hello,

Any time ago (before my access to Sisulizer team) I localized with Sisulizer two extended websites for some software developers (one as standard HTML website, second based on PHP and XML solutions) and I was very satisfied from results, so I think you could to do this job with Sisulizer. Do not hesitate and ask if you have additional questions related to website localization.

My advices:
For creation project of website localization best method is "Localize all similar files in a directory" with option "Localize all similar files in the sub directories as well", because it allows you keep your website directories structure for output Sisulizer files.
Sisulizer build in output directory only localized files, so this output directory doesn't contain some not supported file types required for correctly displaying of website e.g. CSS files. However, Sisulizer can automatically copy to output directory selected file types. You can add required file types via "Project" menu > "Edit source" > HTML source properties > "Copy extensions" tab.

Best regards,
Janusz
