Hello,

How can I exclude the .Key property (and similar properties that do not need to be translated) of all the controls in the Classic VB project?

I tried do it via the Project -> Components screen but it did not work.

Thank you,
Yonik.

Hi,

have you added them to the properties register like I did with caption for my test in the shot?
After doing so all caption properties got hidden as expected. That should work with key properties also.

Best

Markus

Well, what I did was this:

- I entered to this screen.
- I wrote the property name "Key" under the Name field.
- I marked the Excluded option.

Why it did't worked that way?

You have to enter "*Key" because full name of your properties are:
- Buttons.Button1.Key
- Buttons.Button2.Key
- Buttons.Button3.Key
