I'll take a look for a good third party software for XLIFF or TMX - tips are welcome I don't want recommend you any specified software, because each user/translator has different habits, priority and financial possibilities. Generally all localization/CAT/TM software with implemented export/import in TMX/XLIFF format are compatible with Sisulizer. Of course, this software should support terminology feature.
