Hi,

One of our translators used the free edition of Sisulizer Version 2 but we are still using the Sisulizer Version 1 and now I can't open or import the project, it gives me an error.

Is it any workaround how I can still load the project with Version 1 if it was compiled with the free edition of Version 2 ?

Thanks

Cristian

Hello,

Sisulizer projects are not downward compatible. They are only forward compatible, and for this reason you can't import translations directly from Sisulizer project file of your translator. In your case best method of import seems to me import via TMX file, but free Edition doesn't allows on export to TMX or other files. I could to make an exception for you, and if you will send on support (at) sisulizer.fi project of your translator, I will export translations from project to TMX file and send back to you exported file, but most recommended solution for you is upgrade your version to V2008, because in this way you will avoid similar issues in future. It seems tome that you could be very satisfied from new Sisulizer version, because it contains lot of new features and improvements.

Janusz

Thanks for you replay

And because we have some time constraints I would like you to export to TMX files the projects that you'll receive from me. Thank you for doing that, I really appreciate.
Probably we're going to upgrade to Version 2 but until then I need a quick solution.

best regards,
Cristian
