Still evaluating, and now onto HTML Help. When I create a new project and when I build the file I get a number (81) of errors (see screenshot). However, even though it seems as if there's a blank entry in the editor, I cannot find anything that's missing when I run the Help file. Is this a format error that's already present in the file (built by a contractor using Robohelp, I believe).

Also, the name in the blue bar at the top should read "Security Management System Online Help" (or whatever it will be translated to) but on building the file, it becomes "HTML Help" which is not correct.

We do intend to use our new tool for HTML Help so this is quite important to us.

Regards,
Chris

Hello Chris,

Could you send on support (at) sisulizer.fi email address your CHM file and output report?
You can export output report to HTML if you will click first icon of Output panel toolbar (Show report), or export to plain text if you will click second icon (copy to clipboard) of this same toolbar.

Best regards,
Janusz

This bug occurs when original HTML files are not UTF-8 but Sisulizer incorrectly detects them as UTF-8. The bug has been fixed in 273 that will come later this week. However there is a workaround:

1) Right click CHM file in the project tree and choose Properties

2) From Encodings sheet set the orignal encoding to match the encoding of your HTML files (most likely either Windows 1252 or ISO 8859-1 Latin 1)
