Hello,

I am using Sisulizer 2008 (build 272) and I import Tmx projects from Multilizer 2007. It works for German, English, French... but when I try to import a Norwegian Tmx project into Susilizer the Norwegian language is not displayed. Does the problem come from the fact that in Multilizer I used the language "Norwegian" and in Sisulizer I used "Norwegian, Bokmal"?

It seems that in the Tmx file from Multilizer Norwegian language code = "no" and in Susilizer it is equal to "nb"! How can I handle this?

Thanks in advance.

Caroline

Hi Caroline,

without going deeper into it it seems you found the reason.

There are two types of Norwegian languages Bokmål and Nynorsk. Can you please check the TMX in a text editor and find out what lang attribute the Norwegian nodes of your ML TMX have. For Bokmål it should be nb like here:

<tuv xml:lang="nb">

If it is different in your file (perhaps "no") you could use search and replace to correct the TMX before you retry to import. Don't forget to make backup copies before.

Btw: I assume that your Norwegian in ML is Bokmål which is more common and not Nynorsk.

Markus

Ok thanks :)

I replace all "no" from the Tmx Multilizer file by "nb" and it works.
