Hi,
This is a small bug (easy workaround) and I describe it just for the fun and to keep you busy after the 283 build release ;)

1. Open a project with all translations having the complete status. Show all strings (don't filter on any status)
2. Change one translation, press Enter
3. Disable the Complete status filter so that only the changed line appears
4. Click the Set Complete status button
Result : crash
Expected result : no action (there is no selected line at step 4 unless you clicked willingly on the displayed line)

Note that selecting to continue in the crash dialog works fine.
Tested on build 281, Windows XP.

Cheers,
Olivier.

Hi Olivier,

I followed your description but could not force Sisulizer to have a sheet without selected row (a little black triangle at the row header) in step 4 and so no crash happened to me. I tried with 283 and some older build. Perhaps it is a specialty of 281?

Markus

I'm sorry, at step 2, you should not press Enter or the line will get selected. Just remain in Edit mode and go to step 3.

Sorry again, I can't reproduce anymore. I'll test again to understand what specific state put me in that situation.

Hi,

Yes, it can be sometimes tricky. I guess you managed to keep Sisulizer in the edit mode while filtering out that row. If Sisulizer now misses to end the edit mode...
I would be very interested if you can reproduce that with Build 282+.

Please be aware that there was some problem in editor of pre-282 making it slow. So on the older editions this might be influenced by the speed you do the steps to reproduce. 282+ also fixed some problem related to internal tracking of the edit mode.

282 was a bigger release that the change of 281 to 282 might make you think. Database operations also have been speed up etc.

Best

Markus

Hi,
I tried several times and putting myself exactly in the same situation as yesterday morning, and could not reproduce. If I do it again by chance, I'll comment this issue again. Meanwhile, let's consider it closed.

Sorry for the trouble,
Olivier.
