Hello,

I have a very simple textdocument to translate. To read the file is no problem. But to write the translated Version. Their are blanks between each character in the translated file.

Kind Regards
Walter

Hello Walter,

I tried to reproduce issue with your project, but Sisulizer correctly created output German text file (without blanks between characters). Could you repeat build operation on your PC? I’m curious if issue is reproducible on your PC.
BTW:
Your output file sent us via upload form has Windows 1252 encoding, while your project setting for this source file is UTF-8 (w/o BOM). So, maybe your output file was edited in external application.

Best regards,
Janusz

Hello Janusz,

I have create the file new. With the windows editor the file looks fine. But I use most time pspad for editing, in pspad it looks strange. Perhaps it is a bug in pspad.

Kind regards
Walter

Hi Walter,

PSPad is very good text editor, but it sometimes can't correctly detect file encoding, especially for UTF-8 files without BOM signature, while your output file has this encoding.

Best regards,
Janusz

Hi,

If every second char is a blank then the editor handles the files as a format with 16-Bit per char. You should look into it with a hex editor to see if the blanks are really in the  file or if the editor is decoding it wrong.

Hope this helps

Markus
