Hi,

another problem with Chm-translations. We use H&M 5 to create the help, also using their standard navigation panel. In the translated Help, the navigation buttons are shown OK, except when hovering the mouse over them: the corresponding images apparently are not found. See picture.

Any suggestion appreciated.

TIA
Gerard

Hi Gerard,

I reproduced this issue. Reason is that Sisulizer doesn't copy buttons' gif files with h in names to compiled CHM files:
btn_home_h.gif
btn_next_h.gif
btn_prev_h.gif
I'll forward my report about this issue to our developers.

Best regards
Janusz

Potential workarounds:

1. When you uncheck in your Sisulizer project following option: "Project" menu -> "Edit source" -> your CHM file -> "Options" -> "Compile localized CHM file", Sisulizer generate localized output files (HTML, HHC, HHK, images), but doesn't create CHM file. I this case all missed GIF files are copied to output folder (I tested it). Next you can try generate CHM file in an external HTML Help tool.

2. I haven't H&M, but probably this tool has possibility of generating HHP files. Sisulizer from build 303/304 can localize HHP Help projects too, so you can create Sisulizer project for this HTML Help project, next import translations from your existing Sisulizer project for CHM file and try generate output CHM file.

Best regards,
Janusz

This was caused because by default Sisulizer does not include image files into temporary HHP file it creates when compiling localized CHM files. Right click CHM file in Sisulizer project and choose Properties. Then check the following check box. This makes Sisulizer to include all image files into HHP file.
