Several strings in MO files compiled by SL cannot be read at run time (the English string is displayed instead) while MO files compiled by Poedit are OK. The attached file "Po2Mo.zip" contains 4 files : The original POT file The translated PO file (generated by SL) The compiled MO file (generated by SL) The compiled MO file (generated by Poedit). For example: In the PO file, the string "Select entities to delete" is translated. Using the MO file compiled by SL, this string always displays in English at runtime. Using the MO file compiled by Poedit, no problem. Of course, both MO files are compiled using the same translated PO file (generated by SL). In SL, I changed several file properties ("Options" and "Encodings" tabs) : no result.

I fixed this in build 308. The new build will come out in few week. In the meantime compile localized PO files using GetText's tools. Jaakko
