Hi, I got an original HTML topic made by Flare from MadCap (works with XHTML files). Using XML file mapping to build the project was not successful so I prefer to use HTML for File Mapping. It works pretty fine for me except for some tag. The original file got annotation, that creates bad "segmentation" of the strings. How to avoid that, instead of clearing the original file off any annotations? Here is an example of annotation inside a string. The break doesn't allow a great matching with the translation, here French to English, since sometimes words are inverted from language to other language. I'll attached a small project for you to check. Michel JF <p> <MadCap:annotation MadCap:createDate="2009-09-10T11:57:07.5937500+02:00" MadCap:creator="FLARE_(at)_DOCFLARE" MadCap:initials="MJF" MadCap:comment="Modifié largeur tableau en auto" MadCap:editDate="2009-09-10T11:57:37.0312500+02:00" MadCap:editor="FLARE_(at)_DOCFLARE">Suivant </MadCap:annotation>l'option choisie dans l'inspecteur d'héliodons :<i> Lieu, Manuelle, 45°</i>.</p> Attachment: Broken by annotation.jpg (Downloaded 11 times) Last edited on Tue Jul 27th, 2010 10:29 am by MJF |

Hello, Current build always split HTML paragraphs with similar tag structure to separated rows. We'll try find a solution for similar cases, however, I can't promise anything. Best regards, Janusz
