 I had translation row in slp file. Then I have excluded the row. When I build resources (only translated items) the row still get compiled into dll. I expected the excluded row not to be compiled into dll.

When I remove the translation, it works and the row is not compiled as I expected.

I think it is bug, that excluded rows are compiled into dll.

 You are right, Sisulizer saves excluded items (with original values) to output file, if excluded items have translations. I'll ask our R&D about it.
