Please have a look at the screenshots.

In this case:
empty rows == not translated

 OK. I think that I got it. Whenever you build those rows that do not have translations will be removed. You have to rescan to get the back. I am right?

I fixed the scan/build bug and implemented table specific build options in 1.5.15

I will upload it later today.
