Hello Sisulizer,

have an error in a .net Project where we want to use Sisulizer for the localisation now.

Sisulizer said "Please send CO.de.zip" to Sisulizer support team.

I have uploaded the file to private upload.

Could you please taka a look and maybe tell me what the problem is?

I have the problem in all languages I want to use. The zip includes only the German one. But I think if we could find the problem there it solves also the problem in the other languages

Thanks

Best regards

Hi Holger,

Sisulizer could not compile some localized .resx file because the value of certain properties was invalid. The problem is that Sisulizer 2010 incorrectly scans some properties that it should not scan. Those properties do not contain string data by an enumarated value where only centrain values are valid. If you don't translate the value there is no problem. However if you translate the value and the translated value is among the enumeration the .resx file can not be compiled.

You have to choices

1) Remove current translations from those rows that comes from properties that start with resource.*

resource.HorizontalAlignment
resource.CellType
resource.CellType1
resource.CellType2
resource.CellType3
resource.CellType4
resource.CellType5
resource.CellType6
resource.HorizontalAlignment
resource.HorizontalAlignment1
resource.Interior
resource.Interior1
resource.Interior2
resource.Interior3
resource.Interior4
resource.Interior5
resource.Interior6
resource.Description
resource.ImageIndex

You can easily show them all by setting the filter to show row that have "resource." part in the context. When filter is on clear all German translations and just to make sure that they are not translated any more mark them Do not translate.

I can send you a screenshot if it is OK to show little bit of your project on this forum.

or

2) Upgrade to Sisulizer 3 that can automatically exlude those components.

Best regards,
Ilkka
