If you add a number of files to the project, using "localize all similar files in a directory" You cannot scan inidividual files in the project by right-clicking the node in the tree. In fact you cannot even scan all files within the node but you have to scan the entire project. Add at least option to scan all included files and optimally allow scanning of individual files in a file group.
