Hi Roberto, Regarding TrueGrid and SSTab. It might be needed that you set the captions from code at runtime to get them localizable. VB6 stores custom data in these frx files. Bigger controls have the possibility to save large blocks of binary data only they can decrypt into it. We are not able to re-engineer these sometimes. Jaakko will tell you about his investigations. But if you set the properties from code you have a good work around for the situation. Hope this helps Markus

Hi Roberto, Regarding team work. Yes you can split a large translation job using the exchange wizard. But you have to keep one thing in mind. You have to synchronize your team in its wording. Your team has to use the same terminology so the translation quality is everywhere the same. It does not make sense if one word is translated in two ways in two places. So all translators have to use the same wording to keep e.g menus and online-help synchronized in its wording. If your team is split on two or three locations that can be a tough job. We for example used Google docs to localizer Sisulizer into German with three translators split in two locations. It was more overhead than expected because you always had to check how the other team members translated this or that. We wanted to complete the job very fast. But in the end it would have been better for only one person to do the job alone. Hope this helps Markus

The TabDlg.SSTab control in frm file does not contain Caption property. If you open frmModello.frm into a text editor (Notepad) and search the following line: Begin TabDlg.SSTab Pannello Lines after that contains the properties. There is not Caption property. However there are many TabCaption properties. Jaakko

Hi Roberto, I have not managed to find the property that you mean. Can you take a screenshot about this form on Visual Basic. Then hinglight the caption property on the screenshot and send the picture to me. Jaakko

Ok now a try, bat I remember in 2007 you with sisu version 1.6.5 you allowed me ti translate tdbg8 and sstab too. Why now is non allowed ? Roberto P.S. 1.6.4 is available http://www.sisulizer.com/downloads.shtml I implemented visual MSComctlLib.TabStrip and TabDlg.SSTab scanning but it is not yet in 1.6.4. I will put it to 1.6.5. Hi Roberto, SSTab uses its own propiertary format to store Caption. Current Sisulizer can scan and localize it. True DBGrid also uses its own propiertary format. Current Sisulizer can not scan it. I will implement it. Have a nice weekend Jaakko

Thank you for the files. I improved Sisulizer's support for True DBGrid First I added a mapping for it so Sisulizer handles data as grid I added visual scaning for columns. Now Sisulizer shows the columns and column captions. I added several exclude properties for True DB Grid's mapping to eliminate many unvanted properties (e.g. _Splits(*).
