I reproduced it.

2) </sl> tags after automatic translation (sir32.exe)
I reproduced it with Microsoft Translator translation engine, while Google Translate engine correctly has translated string visible on your screenshot.

We'll check both issues, and or course, we let you know about results of our investigation.

There was a bug in Sisulizer. That will be fixed to the next build. Unfortunally there is no work around. You have to wait for the next build.
