I created a self installer for my French transaltor using the Exchange wizard. When my transaltor installs the program the only availables langiages for the user interface of Sisulizer are English, Italian, Czech. In addtion he was not able to switch among them. Is it possible to create an installer for my translator with French as user interface language?

thanks

Hello Stefano,

Sisulizer installer should contains all available GUI languages (also French), if you selected "Localized suer interface files" option in Exchange Wizard. Could you perform following test? Generate SLE package with included GUI languages and next run this SLE file and check in setup wizard, if are available all GUI language in setup wizard. Next cancel wizard. Optionally send to us this SLE file via Private Upload form (packed as zip or rar).
Here is article about our upload system: http://www.the-localization-tool.com/?p=808

Best regards,
Janusz

Sorry but I cannot find "Localized suer interface files" option in Exchange Wizard nor in the wizard nor in the help file; should I miss something? In any case the test you suggested failed. I will send file with private upload

best regards

"File" menu -> "Exchange" -> "Send project to translator using Exchange Wizard" -> "Exchange Wizard - Package Type" (1 step of wizard). I attached screenshot.

Your translator also could download Sisulizer installer from our website and select free edition during setup wizard: http://www.sisulizer.com/support/downloads/download2.shtml?fn=exe

Maybe you haven't installed all required languages in your Sisulizer. Sisulizer generate Free edition setup based on content of its installation folder (e.g. C:Program FilesSisulizer 3 on your PC). So if you unchecked some languages during installation of your Pro edition, those languages are unavailable for generated Free edition. Please, check this. You could do it in following ways:
- Open Sisulizer, go to "Tools" menu -> "General" -> "Environment" and check list of available GUI languages.
- Open installation folder and check available resource DLL files (e.g. Sisulizer.PL, Sisulizer.RU etc.) included to Sisulizer foilder.

If this occurred, you could solve in following ways:
- Run latest Sisulizer installer and select "Modify the existing installation" in "Sisulizer 3 Setup - Existing installation" step of setup wizard. Next, check all required languages in "Sisulizer 3 Setup - Languages" step of setup wizard.
- Your translator could download full installer from our website (link above) and install free edition, if you don't want modify your installation.

Best regards,
Janusz

Hi there, I am a freelance translator. Client asked me to download Sisulizer 3. I installed it and the UI language is in Chinese. I can read it but I'd like switch to English. There is, however, no option to change the language when I run the Sisulizer 3 Setup. How can I change the language. This should be an easy task, right?
