Hello,

new Microsoft Translation engin with Sisulizer Enterprise edition Version 4.0 (Build 368) works after loading a project for 3 to 5 translations. Then I got the message

11:38:37        Translate using translation engines
11:38:38    Note    Could not connect to Microsoft Translator: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
<html><body><h1>Argument Exception</h1><p>Method: Translate()</p><p>Parameter: </p><p>Message: The incoming token has expired. Get a new access token from the Authorization Server.</p><code></code><p>message id=0150.V2_Rest.Translate.4CC1F87F</p></body></html>
11:38:38        0 translations

A test for the Translation Engin gives than this result

If I restart sisulizer I got the following result for the test of the Translation engin:

Kind Regards
Walter

Hi Walter,

I encounter similar problems with MS translator on Saturday. The new modified MS translator code had been working few months without any problems so I thought that the problem was in MS translator. It seems to be so because since Sat the service has been working correctly.

Can you give another try?

Ilkka

Hi Walter,

Could you check if your MS subscription key is correct?

Just gave it a try with a brand new free Azure test account. I used KEY 1 for the "Translator Text API" in Sisulizer. Worked for me right away.

The problem with the not working microsoft translation engine still exists.

The translation engine works for some translations then I got a error message.

Workaround

Open Tools -> Translation engins

If I change nothing in the dialog I could do the test again and again with bad results

If I change the Category ID I got for the first test another error (see images)

The second test gives the result "Translation engine is working properly"

Now the translation engin works again for some translations, then I got again the message that the translation engine has an error.

Repeating the previous described  procedure heals the translation engin again

I too have the same problem.
For some days Microsoft Translate (Account Free) no longer works with the same error.

I tried to connect to
https://datamarket.azure.com/account to request a new key but it does not work.

I noticed that older versions of Sisulizer called "Client ID" and "Client Secret", while the latest version (build 368) only asks for "Key".

Do you have any advice?
I can not help but an automatic translator :-(

Nicrosoft changed the API and there is now only one (new) key. The old access data will not work with the new API and the old API is disconnected.

You either need to get that new key from the new Azure market or you might switch to Google translate. The Google service seems to be more reliable at the moment.

Thank you for your answer.
I registered on https://portal.azure.com and follow the instructions on this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/translator/getstarted.aspx to get a new key.
So I got 2 keys, but none of it works in Sisulizer.
I waited 30 minutes before I did the test again.

Also I did not understand if it is really free, it seems to be but I'm not sure.

Is Google Translate Free? I remember that year ago I used Google Translate but later became paid ...

You get some free translations every month with Azure. Google has no free plan to my knowledge.

Hi Markus,

for me it works for some translations if I change the Category ID (Translation Engines Microsoft) and do than the test.

I think it doesn't matter what you type in.

Now it works (free)
I think the problem has occurred since Microsoft turned off https://datamarket.azure.com/account.

Then I had configured https://portal.azure.com, but probably I had done something wrong. Now it works free but I'll have to check out if my free account is ok for me.

Thank you for your support

For some days, Microsoft Translator does not work again.

This is the error:

12.22.22 Traduci usando i motori di traduzione
12.22.24 Errore Impossibile connettersi a Microsoft Translator: HTTP/1.1 401 Access Denied{ "statusCode": 401, "message": "Access denied due to invalid subscription key. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription." }

So I thought I should generate a new key from "https://portal.azure.com", but when I click on the link a page opens but it closes very quickly and I can not see my keys (see attached image). :x

Does it happen to you too?

PS. Also today I received an email from Microsoft with the subject: "Subscription: The Free Evaluation Version subscription will be deleted on Friday, September 22, 2017" :?

Hi,
I checked my account and it also says the Free Trial has run out. I used the free amount of translations for support reason.

Seems the free strings have gone and Azure translate has to be paid from string one now. This is beyond the influence of Sisulizer.

The only way to continue using Azure translation seems the conversion into a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

I do not agree.
On the "Choose your pricing tier" page, there is the "F0 Free" subscription that provides 2 million characters a month!
In recent months, and this month I did not make translations so I did not finish the number of characters included in the free subscription.

I fear you have to contact Microsoft to find out how to get a working API-Key for free since the old ones have run out. We absolutely have non influence on Microsofts decisions.

In my account the end of test phase is stated clear. I only have the option to change my account into Pay-As-You-Go model. It is not clear if I again get free translations in this model.

In the last 2 months, I've done the test for the Microsoft Translationengine 1000 times.

after the test the Translation Engin works for 2 to 4 Calls than it creates an Errormessage.

After testing the transaltion engine again it works for o while

Could this test be done automatically

This behavior is annoying

best Regards
Walter

BTW:
this is the errormessage

07:50:04    Note    Could not connect to Microsoft Translator: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
<html><body><h1>Argument Exception</h1><p>Method: Translate()</p><p>Parameter: </p><p>Message: The incoming token has expired. Get a new access token from the Authorization Server.</p><code></code><p>message id=1116.V2_Rest.Translate.2CC69250</p></body></html>

I also confirm this behavior.
I have partially solved asking for a new key that works for a short time (about 1 hour in my context)
