Hi, when i create a dll in the selected language, the Windows Explorer file properties does not show the correct language. It does not change whether i have Dutch-neutral or Dutch-netherlands selected. What settings do i have to change to get the right language shown in output file?
Thanks for your help
Mike

Hello,

You can set resource file output in following way (for VC++ sources):
Right click on source file in the Project tree, select "Properties" in the context menu. Next go to "Options" tab. Here you can set output language of resource DLL file. More details you'll find here: https://www.sisulizer.com/online-help/WindowsBinarySourceDialogOptionsSheet.shtml

Best regards,
Janusz

There is no lang settings for .NET assembly files. NET platform uses folder names e.g. de, nl, etc. for recognizing languages with included assembly files, while internally in assembles files .NET uses lang neutral setting.
