I have just updated to version 4.0.371 (from 370). I work with Windows 10.
I start Sisulizer, it's in Free mode.
I enter my serial number (Entreprise version) and everything is ok.
When I leave Sisulizer, I get the following error in a message box:

Sauvegarde du fichier "C:\Users\Jean Lacoste\Documents\Sisulizer 4\Sisulizer.slo" ├ęchec !

I tried to delete the original file and the problem is the same. Sisulizer cannot create the file and the settings are not saved. How can I do that?

Thank you

Sounds like Sisulizer doesn't have enough user rights to write. Please either check the user rights of the folder or try to start Sisulizer as Admin and see what happens then.

That was the problem.
I don't know why, but the "Documents\Sisulizer 4" folder had changed ownership.
Maybe during the update.

Thanks

Hum, not that simple,

I changed the owner of the folder and selected my user, I did this for all the contents of the folder and I have the same problem, when I close Sisulizer, I get the error telling me an error on saving the slo file.

It work if I run Sisulizer as an administrator, but it's not a good solution.

Hm,

I don't see the issue with my user here.
But I have admin rights.
Did you change something to the system? If it would be a general issue we would see a lot reports here. So far you are the only one.

I haven't changed anything. There has been a recent update of Windows 10. But the problem occurred during the installation of the Sisulizer update. The permissions seem correct (the Sisulizer 4 folder and the Sisulizer.slo file belong to my user).
I'll try uninstalling Sisulizer and then reinstalling it.

I just reinstalled Sisulizer and everything works fine.
Note: I did not reinstall in administrator mode but the Sisulizer installer asks for authorization at startup (like all installers that install in Program Files).

Thanks for the update.

Hope it stays that way and whatever causes that effect doesn`t return.
