At our company, we use slmake validate to execute validation with a custom validation list.

While the findings of this process are very helpful, it's not easy to trace back to the original source of the issue. The output doesn't provide any information about the origin of the issue (e.g. row id or maybe line number in the .slp file). I didn't find any option to display such information.

Example Output:
Original is all spaces: There is an original with all spaces


Target State:
mystring (111, 25): warning TWhiteSpaceValidation: Original is all spaces: There is an original with all spaces


The line number and position here are optional but would be great to be able to automatically track such issues e.g. in external systems like SonarQube.
