Hi Markus, I bought 1 license of Sisulizer 4 Enterprise (International) for our client-- Tyco (China) Investment Co.LTD, today, Tyco came to us, and said, there was something wrong with the CPU of the PC which installed Sisulizer 4 Enterprise, that PC can’t work, so they tried to install Sisulizer 4 Enterprise on a New PC, but the license key showed invalid, I think it’s because they didn’t uninstall the license from the old PC, but the old PC can’t work now, so can you help reset this license in your side, and permit them to active the license key on their New PC? Thanks! Ricky Li
